Midlands State University Law Review Journal Vol II - Call for Papers

The Editorial Board of Midlands State University Law Review invites graduate students, law academics, legal practitioners, government officials or other individuals or organisations in the legal profession to submit applications for publication in the 2nd edition of the Midlands State University Law Review (MSULR).

The MSULR is a peer-reviewed journal hosted by Midlands State University’s Faculty of Law. It aims to stimulate research and thinking on contemporary legal issues, problems, challenges and policies that impact the law and the legal system as a whole. It is particularly interested in papers which seek to address or respond to poignant concerns that characterise the legal system. Indeed, one of the principal aims of the Journal is to provide an informative, educational and practical outlet to legal scholars, practitioners and activists in the legal profession with a view to improving the legal system, the justice administration framework and the law in general. The Journal therefore welcomes critical articles that consider law, policy and practice in their various contexts, at national, global, regional and sub-regional levels, book reviews and case notes that are focused on up-to-date appraisal of important jurisprudence and practice of the courts.

The Editorial Board will consider ordinary articles of no more than 8,000 words in length and book reviews and case notes of no more than 5000 words.

Articles, book reviews and case notes submitted for consideration should be written in English and submitted as an email attachment (MS Word) to the following addresses:
jbtsaborah@yahoo.com or tinzel4@yahoo.com or editormsulr@msu.ac.zw
