On 1 October when this matter was to be heard, Mr Maparanyanga appeared in person and said he was representing his company.

The matter was struck off the roll because of procedural defects which were pointed out to him in open court.

He indicated that he understood the position.

The matter was not heard on the merits and as such there are no reasons to be supplied as there was no proper appeal before the Court.
